Practice Round
One practice round is available for each competitor on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. After the final fields are posted, requests for a practice round tee time must be made directly with Desert Mountain’s Peter Swanson, PGA Head Golf Professional, Outlaw Course at pswanson@DesertMt.com.
Player Registration
All players are required to register onsite at the Outlaw Clubhouse between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 10. Starting times for Rounds 1 and 2 will be emailed to all players as well as being available during registration. In addition, players will be provided with all tournament information, player gifts and SWGA policies applicable to the tournament.
All tournament activities including tournament information, tee times, scoreboards, food service and the awards ceremony will be the Outlaw Clubhouse.
Round 1 and 2 Starting Times
Play will be on the Outlaw Course in morning and afternoon waves. The morning waves will be from holes 1 and 11 between 7:30 a.m. and 9:40 a.m. The afternoon waves will start from holes 1 and 11 between 12:00 p.m. and 2:10 p.m. Groups starting in the morning wave on Day 1 will be in the afternoon wave on Day 2 and groups starting in the afternoon wave on Day 1 will be in the morning wave on Day 2.
Breakfast will be provided from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Arizona Grill in the Outlaw Clubhouse.
36-hole cut
The Men’s and Women’s fields will be cut to the low 36 players and ties.
Round 3 and Final Round Starting Times
Round 3 and Final Round starting times are scheduled on the Outlaw course in a morning wave only from holes 1 and 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:40 a.m.
Breakfast will be provided from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Arizona Grill in the Outlaw Clubhouse.
Awards Ceremony
All players are asked to attend the awards ceremonies immediately following play on Saturday, June 14 in the Outlaw Clubhouse. Championship and runner-up awards, player awards and 2026 Championship Exemptions will be awarded to those who qualify.
